It’s more important to me to find the right roommate fit than it is to move quickly or move to a particular area. As I will be working remotely, the location isn’t set in stone (though I would love to be near downtown). I haven’t been getting out much since lock down and therefore I would love to find someone I can enjoy spending time with occasionally. I don’t smoke, I do vaporize herb and take edibles, though I don’t need to do the former inside. I love horror movies, sitcoms, all kinds of music (other than hardcore rap and country), yoga, walks, hikes and wine nights. I love a good chat and to cook/bake. I’m very tidy, kind of sarcastic and definitely the sort to poke fun on a regular basis, so I don’t do well with very sensitive people. I’m a great listener and I love to hear peoples life stories. I would prefer someone who is being careful COVID wise. I have been extremely careful since lock down. I don’t intend to have people over very often at all but I may have someone over very occasionally (I’d hate to devolve into a hermit…;) I’m happy to come to some kind of arrangement that makes everyone comfortable where visitors are concerned. I’m quite tidy but not obsessively so. I’m open to more than one roommate but I wont share a washroom with more than one person. Ideally I would like to chat with someone for a bit and maybe meet socially distanced before I make my choice. I want it to be a good fit that will work long term. Shows: American Dad, 2 Broke Girls, 21 Jump Street (the original obviously), Hannibal, the OA, Lost in Space, Life, Life in Pieces, Modern Family, Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Seinfeld Bands: Matthew Good Band, Train, AJR, Virginia to Vegas, Tears for Fears, Our Lady Peace, Hot Hot Heat, Fleetwood Mac, almost anything from the 80’s/90’s and a ton of single songs that I can’t even begin to list.
