Lease is expiring in the Fall and looking at options for early winter or so in Yorkville, UofT, Downtown generally, etc… Work in film investment/specialty finance & production. Want to avoid thin walls/horrible developers but prefer high or mid-rise lifestyle over townhouse. Laid-back, somewhere on the spectrum between introvert and extrovert, enjoy spending time with friends, going out from time to time, I’m conscientious and generally tidy, very clean. Tend to travel quite a bit.
