Jeremy

Hey guys!

My name is Jeremy, and I will be beginning my first year studies at VIU. I am excited to get out there and study jazz and explore the island!

I am never one to turn down a casual beer, but my partying days are a bit behind me now haha. Right now, I just want an awesome place to call home and study / practice music (Of course I have headphones for my equipment, not to worry there).

I’ve lived three years in Europe, so I am used to living in rooms that are shared with 4 - 8 other people, so I know how frustrating it can be to have a messy roommate! I do my best to keep tidy and respect other’s spaces.

As it may be obvious that I am into music, I also love nature and being on the water! I loved to surf in Portugal and Morocco, so being an hour away from a known surfing spot is amazing! I have a car that will most likely be headed there every second week or so! I used to swim competitively for 13 years and looking into the Swim Club at VIU (but with COVID not sure what will happen there). If you know any great hiking spots or lakes, I’d love to accompany you there!
