I have various experiences when renting: good and bad. I can confidently say I know what is important to me when I call a place home. I am very kind to others as I prefer avoid negative conflict. I am very quiet when I walk and I dont listen to loud music unless my roomates wish to listen as well in which case I’ll be moderate with the volume. I dont smoke or do drugs, nor will I be bringing alcohol into your home. I enjoy cooking but I dont use many dishes and I dont wait to clean up after myself after. I take pride in my living area and if I see someplace that needs cleaning I will schedule a time for myself to complete the task, otherwise I will clean it up on the spot right away. Razor stuble for instance is without a doubt something that should not be left behind thus it deserves an immediate cleaning. I typically dont have guests over unless I think they will feel welcome. Otherwise if my roomates do not wish to have guests over I will NOT have guests over. This does however mean communication is necessary. If I sound a bit overbearing…tough luck. I am what I am and while I can confidently say i’m friendly and easy going I do have standards. I wont try and make you like me, I will just be me.
