I work full-time from home currently as of the pandemic (only 2 night shifts that end at 9pm). I do submit I am a night owl and I do play video games, but I’m fairly quiet. I also go to school Full-Time (seneca king) so I do have a busy schedule. I do own a cat that I have adopted from a shelter which minds its business and is fairly lazy and doesnt scratch furniture and is very very friendly (zero aggressive behaviour). I’m looking for a quiet place to stay for personal reasons. The sooner the better. Please do note I have no interest in basements for allergy reasons. I have ideal locations but I really don’t mind where within the GTA the location is as I have a vehicle.
