Hi! We are a couple of CS students at Algonquin, looking for a couple of roommates. Our land lord/roommate is leaving in September and wanted to fill the house. It is $650 for one room, and the second room is for $750; both all-inclusive. If you are curious, please contact for a tour virtual or in-person. It is a 3 bedroom town house, at a 10 minute walk from Algonquin College. We’re very friendly and pretty clean. We both love to cook so it always smells great, have a gym set up in the basement, a patio in the back yard, two lounge areas, 3 bathrooms, a dining room, obvy a kitchen, and laundry room. Just a couple of souls trying not pay more rent for less space.
