I am a young looking 68 year old gentleman working with Canada Post. The place I live at now is being sold, where I have lived for the past 10 years. Looking for a large unfurnished room with a private bathroom and a parking spot. Do not need a kitchen. Very clean , educated and easy to get along with. Would also consider sharing a newly built 2 bedroom basement with someone, or something similar.
