Hello! I am a 26 year old male. I am a full time student at Centennial College for Music Industry Arts and Performance. I’ve been a musician for over 10 years and I’m in college to hone my craft. I’m quiet, I’m professional oriented and I spend my time practicing my skills as a musician. I have a 6 year old son who visits me on weekends, and he is the best child you’ll ever meet. I’ve never gotten mad at him, he’s clean and quiet, respectful, and actually listens ;)

Fun fact! I live with my mother and step father, they told me on my first day of college (seriously) that they’re getting a divorce and the house is going up for sale in a week and I have to move out! I can’t afford full rent on my own because I’m a full time student, but being a single father did give me a generous amount of OSAP to work with. I’m looking to split on rent with like minded people who wouldn’t mind hearing me occasionally singing and playing acoustic guitar in my bedroom!
