Hi there!

My name is Ann and I am a 44-year-old (non- smoking) woman. I just became a new Grandma and I am super excited to be coming back to the area to be closer to my family and grandson! I had a cleaning and lawn care business that I recently sold down south. I have started up my business again in and around your area. Money is not an issue and I am just simply looking for a safe and clean place to live, until I decide where exactly I will be permanently relocating. I am looking for a month-to-month but I am open to other options, if required. (6-12 months?) I love to spend a lot of time with family so chances are, I will not be around all of the time. I have family all around the area and outside of the area and do lots of sleepovers with them. I am clean, very easy to get along with, honest and hard working. I would love the chance to find a furnished room or a shared home but I do have my own furniture, if needed. I do my own exercise at home and like to play a little music to help motivate me! Please let me know if that would be a problem as I am usually a very quiet person but when exercising, the work out music would be heard obviously by others. (it would be at reasonable times and of course it would not be a a crazy loud level!) Thank you for reading! :-)
