Hi there! I’m a fourth-year university student and I’m looking to rent a room in South Etobicoke, North York, or Ajax as I have a one year co-op coming up starting in May. I am pretty introverted, meaning I value my alone time, but I can also be outgoing when the time is right. I am hoping to live with a roommate who is kind, respectful of our space/belongings, clean, female, and preferably a student or young professional. I’d like to find a place where it is easy access to transit and have a parking space for my vehicle.

I’d prefer to live in a house with no more than two other FEMALES. The number of housemates may be negotiable. I’m also allergic to cats so unfortunately I’m not pet-friendly I am very nice and responsible so please don’t hesitate to reach out :).
