I am a Chinese woman, well-educated, quite, friendly, easy-going, vibrant, working for a company as an accounting professional.

Now, I am looking for a furnished room to move in as soon as possible. My preferred rent range is from 600 to 650 CAD. Of course, the rent is negotiable. My preferred room is one or two or three rooms on the same floor. I have to work every day. So, I will have little time to stay in the room.

I do not have any preference to my future neighbors (roommates). In other words, they are females or males as long as they are nice.
