Hi! I’m Sarah and long story short, I am ready to move out of my family’s home. I have a cat at home, his name is Milo and he is a 3 year old silver tabby. He’s quiet, very tame, up to date with all of his vaccinations, and has been free from fleas for over 2 years now. If I am not able to take Milo with me, he will simply stay with my family at home where I know he’ll still be looked after. As for me, I am a 26 year old woman that wants to take the next step towards independence. I work part time at McDonalds; roughly 30 hours a week as a typical Crew Member. When I’m going to work, I tend to leave in the late morning and come back at night. I am very respectful of my peers; if everyone else is sleeping and I’m the last one home, I’ll quietly double check that everything is locked and tidy’d up before going to bed. When I am not working, I tend to keep to myself. I cook my own meals, I take care of my own messes, and I run my own errands—though I wouldn’t object to do household grocery shopping with roommates. I also have high functioning autism, which impacts the way I communicate with people. So if you don’t get a lot of interaction from me at first, I can assure you it is not because I don’t like you! It takes me a little while to get used to a new enviornment, routine, and learning new faces. I promise I’m not a snob! As for my recreationals… I do not smoke, drink, or party. I do however enjoy going out once in a while in a responsible yet fun way. If I invite anyone over to hang out, it would be no more than 3 people and I’d give the household at least 24 hour notice.
