Quiet and extremely clean business consultant looking for a unfurnished (or furnished) window room in a condo starting Jan 1, 2021 (can start earlier if apartment is good) for 6 months to start then continue if we’re a fit.

A bit about me:

-26M

-Non-smoker/no drugs

-No pet (although I love them - just don’t have one myself)

-Extremely clean (e.g. wipe down the stove, do the dishes immediately after eating, vacuum/mop weekly, etc.)

-Lived with male/female roommates in co-ed setting for about 8 years (since first year of uni), including sharing bathroom with girls where I’m often the cleanest one

Employment:

-Work ~9-5 Mon-Fri

-Work at home because of COVID (used to be out of the house all the time)

-I’ll likely be taking meetings/calls from my room then quietly typing away in the common area or my room

-Been with the consulting company for about 4 years (happy to provide employment letter)

-Happy to provide deposit, credit check, and roommate/landlord references

Lifestyle/Other info:

-Not a partier

-Enjoy getting to know roommates but also respect personal space/time.

-Movies/TV shows + some wine/drinks is an ideal way to unwind with roommates

-Love to bake - let me know if you have any baked good preferences :)

-Bisexual - hope you’re ok with that! (roommates are strictly off limits for me)

-Willing to get COVID test a few days before moving in
