I work in Property Management in North York, running the rental office for an apartment building.

I’m a pretty laid back guy, enjoy movies, video games, board games, road trips and cooking. I’m not really the type to throw parties or have a lot of guests. I do typically like to try to hang out with the people I live with - having a social atmosphere just makes sharing a space so much better.

If you’re interested in a teamup: I would be able to easily get a unit in the building I work in (6061 Yonge Street), or one of my company’s other properties in North York. If you are interested in that area and the cost is something that works for both of us, then we could look at that as an option.

Ideally looking to share space with just one other person, or a couple. With that said, I previously had 3 roommates and didn’t have any issues with that, so I am still open to having a few people if finding something cost effective makes it worth it.
