Hi there, I am looking to team up with my future roommate male or female and find a place to lease starting in March preferably North West around the university but will consider South West close to downtown. There are decent two bedroom apartments between $1100 and $1200. I think it is possible to find a place with utilities included between $650 and $700 per month each.
