Hello! I am looking for an unfurnished spacious room with a large closet and prefer my own bathroom in Durham, preferably Whitby, all included. I have no pets (but I am an animal lover), and no kids. I am a mature full-time university nursing student and also work as a professional Motorcycle Instructor. I need one parking space.

I am a white female that grew up in Whitby. I am a smoker but only smoke outside. I don’t do drugs or drink but I am cool with others drinking and smoking cannabis. No hard drugs! I’m clean, organized, responsible, social, and easy-going.
