I’m 53 spend a lot of time online I wear earbuds to listen to music having a tv or cable holds no interest for me but wifi is a must. I have no pets and my family is in another province so I really don’t have guests over. I smoke outside never inside. Yuck that smell I’m still trying to quit so it’s on and off. I am cannabis friendly so that’s something to be aware of. I have lived with roommates when I was younger and I even lived in a commune once so living with others comes easy to me. Basically I’m going to probably just be in my room or out at friends not taking over your living room
