Hi, My friends and I are looking for one more person to share a beautiful four-bedroom home in Abbotsford. We are in our mid twenties and are all working full-time or in University. Rent would be $525 a month plus utilities (which is a flat rate of $160 a month divided by 4). The place is located near Cabela’s and close to transit, so you shouldn’t have a problem getting around if you don’t have a car. We would not only like this place to be your home, but also a community. We enjoy having “common meals” once a week where we all cook dinner and eat together. We also occasionally enjoy watching movies together, playing board games, and having wine and cheese nights. Some of us are more extroverted and some of us are more introverted and we respect everyone’s boundaries.
