Howdy ! am looking for a private room in the general san fernando valley area (winnetka , canoga park , reseda , encino , van nuys , tarzana , etc) to move into sometimes between now and january . my budget is 800-900 monthly excluding utilities .

now onto about me ! i’m mikey , he/they , 21 yo , native latino , gay nonbinary individual . very friendly/social . i’m also a big stoner so if u smoke that’d be great and if we can in the apartment even better . i work as a behavior interventionist so i also got a busy work schedule but in my free time i sing in a choir , figure skate , roller skate , hang out at home , go out w friends , and anything else a 21 yo person would do lol . rn i live in encino w two wonderful roommates but they’re a couple and wanna make their home life more private so i’m back on the hunt ! i wanna find a place where i can become close friends with the people i live with . being friends with my roommates is v important to me and i hope we can hang out often either at home or out . i’m a clean and tidy person when it comes to shared spaces (my current roommates can attest to that lol) . i’m also a spiritual person where it revolves around my culture .
