Nice to meet you :) Hoping to move in for Sept 1! I’ve lived with friends and roommates before, and love making everyone feel at home. I’m a people-person, who’s previously worked in social service/non-profit agencies that help youth. If you’re an artist, we’ll get along fast as I’m also a creative professional. I’m tidy, respectful, and will never say no to midnight instant ramen. (Thankfully, pandemic has taught me to cook like a real person who eats Vegetables™). I’m known to be reliable - whether that means getting the bills paid on time or saving you a spot at the movie theatre (remember when we could go to those??). Honestly, I love being in a community with open-hearted friends. So, cat, dog, or human - I’m looking forward to getting to know you!

• If you’re interested in teaming up, would love to look into a laneway/coach house!
• If you have a higher budget than me, willing to take a smaller room
• I work from home but hoping to find somewhere near cafes
• Ideally want a location that’s transit accessible, and a 20-30 min bus ride to UBC
