A beautiful back-split home shared with two other people (us!) You will have the lower half of the house all to yourself. Notable features include a generously sized bedroom, large closet, private bathroom, and private living room (with backyard access). Only shared amenities are the kitchen and laundry. Bedroom can be furnished and painted (eggshell white) upon request. Utilities included.

The house backs into a parkette and leads to the Etobicoke Creek Trails. Location is close to Trinity Commons, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, gas stations, and major bus routes (5/505, 7/7A, 8, 29, 21).

Probably the kindest and friendliest introverts you will ever meet! We are both quiet individuals who enjoy music, gaming, and good food. We don’t do loud parties or large gatherings. 420 friendly as long as it’s done outside, on the balcony or vaporizer. Open to childless couples, students, and mature folk.
