I have a bedroom for rent in my 2 bedroom house. House has a large shared bathroom. Large unfinished basement which has a new washer and dryer to be shared. I would also be open to you using the basement for storage or even setting up part of the basement for your own personal space if you’d like. Fenced in backyard. Enclosed front porch. The area in Hall street close to Tecumseh road, very quite safe area. Parking on road but also could probably fit another car in back parking as well. Rent includes all utilities plus wifi and Netflix. There is two entrances too so we could, both use our own if preferred.

I am a 27 year old female, I work in the accounting field. I am currently off work now until January for my maternity leave. My daughter is to be born end of March beginning of April. I’m an easy going person , stick to my self , rarely have guests over. I am fine with you having guests over anytime if they respect our home and respect me as well. I have two small dogs and would be fine with you having a smaller animal as well.
