Hi Everyone, I have nice big room located in the second floor of the house. The room has large south facing windows with lots of natural sunshine and good air circulation. It also has lovely fireplace. Great location. To Oakridge Mall is only 2 minutes walk. To Langara/49th Skytrain is 5 minutes walk. To Langara College is 4 minutes walk. Rent is $795 per month for one person and security deposit is half of rent payable at the time of moving in. Second person rent will be $200 extra. Rent includes electricity, heat, water, Wi-Fi internet, garbage collection and full laundry. Rent also includes double bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair. Best for student, working holiday Visa person and working Professional. No drugs, pets, parties and smoking inside. Outside is okay. If interested please send me a brief description about yourself.
