It’s a few walking distance to MacEwan University, transit (short trip to U of A), restaurants, shopping, grocery store and 3 mins to city centre/Rogers place or downtown. This is a new beautiful great condo. The building was just finished in February. Non-smoking Building is well maintained, clean, and quiet. Neighbors are mature, respectful, and friendly. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building in the north east side. The apartment features your own full bathroom with a tub/shower and nice mirror that comes with light (good for makeup). Nobody has not used them. The condo is fully furnished except for your bedroom and bathroom. stainless steel appliances, In-suite laundry(washer and dryer), Shared kitchen, living and dining room. gym room is on the first floor Underground parking is available but you need to pay more or free on street parking.
