Bathroom and kitchen essentials are included no extra charges. The room is fully furnished with bed, nightstand, desk, chair and a walk-in closet. Hydro, heat, electricity, internet and water all included. There is a street parking available. The house is located on Beverley Street which is close to the famous shopping centre named as Polo Park as well as it’s close to the business industry downtown.
