I have a furnished bedroom with a Queen Sized bed with memory foam mattress, and private bathroom located across the hallway from the bedroom in my basement suite that is available until August 31, 2020. We are a family of 2, with 2 dogs. Offering at the reduced rate of $500 per month due to the COVID 19 crisis. If you wish to stay longer, the price is $900 per month starting September 1, 2020. Wifi and utilities are included, and the suite has in-suite laundry.

I work in Healthcare full-time, and my 20 year old daughter is a student and works in hospitality. We are very quiet, and enjoy watching movies or tv in our downtime. We also enjoy being physically active.
