We’re lucky to be located in a neighborhood that is safe and friendly, right across from a nice little park. You can’t find a place in Surrey surrounded by a greater selection restaurants, and we have access to every major store chain you can think of nearby.

The house had a spacious living room, large dining area, and beautiful kitchen on the shared ground floor. Shared laundry.

This corner bedroom is upstairs with windows facing both north and east. It shares a bathroom with one other female housemate. Basic furnishings (bed, dresser, desk) are included if needed!

We are a couple in our 30s who are very easy going and welcoming of all people. Looking for another rad individual who wants a friendly and safe home, where we can be ourselves and pursue our goals in life. Our days are full between work/school and life, so we are generally quiet. With the occasional cleaning-day dance-party or roommates’ dinner and drinks! This is an extremely relaxed environment, as long as you are respectful of the home and others. I’m a passionate board gamer and would love to host weekend gaming nights when it works out again…

Mia is the other member of house. She’s a big border collie, great with people and very in tune with their emotions.
