Daniel's room

The room is 12ft x 12 ft and has a 4ft x 4ft new triple pane window. This is a 2 bedroom house that’s solid secure and warm. There’s no closet in the room . There is a dresser. There’s a big yrd that backs onto a park . All fenced to keep my small dog in . I’m replacing the kitchen floor at present. This is a quiet family neighborhood close to bus stops and No Frills. Convenience store is 2 blocks away .

I’m a 62 yrs young man retired and often visit my family out of town . Avid bicycle rider and dog walker. I dont mind another small dog that’s well behaved and trained . Small like under 20lbs . I’m a cig smoker and 420 friendly . Smoking is outside only . Looking for any purpose driven individual that’s not just sitting home everyday . Will consider any age over 25 yrs .
