Fatine's room

Our condo is in the best area of the city, walking distance to Berri Uqam metro station, old port, place des arts, mcgill, the village, mont royal, old port .. and so much more!! Our street in residential and quiet but just behind us is Saint denis with over 30 restaurants bar and shops!

On site mama mary makes sure the common area is clean at all times. The room is perfectly furnished , brand new bed desk AC and personal heater. Our home has smart devices like alexa smart lights and a TV with netflix. We have a large terasse furnished as a common space. We provide absolutly everything! Luxury bedding towels pot and pans, even a fantastic Nespresso machine, coffee on us :) Your bedroom is beautiful and cozy but please note it does not have windows!! There is an AC unit but no window.

On site Mama mary a long time friend makes sure all the common areas are clean at all times , we have 2 other rooms that are still vacant and hope to find great roomates soon, preferably from different coutries so we can all learn from each other’s culture!! Fun!
