• One private bedroom in 3BR apartment available from May 1st.

• Rent, internet, water, gas and hydro are all included.

• Deposit($800) will be returned as your last month’s rent when you move out.

• 15 min walk from TTC Main Street station and 5 min by bus. Also 12 min walk from Go Train Danforth station.

• Locates in The Beach area and 15 min walk to the Woodbine beach!!

• Near Main Street station there are Sobeys, Canadian tire, and a lot of nice local restaurants, and 30 seconds walk from The Big Carrot Beach Community Market(organic grocery store) + our apartment is the 2nd floor of a really nice and affordable convenience store.

• We’d like to have a roommate who is clean, responsible, non-racist/sexist and preferably full-time worker/student. Mont importantly, we want to live with a chill and nice person (not preferred party animal or night owl type).

• No pet allowed because I have severe fur allergy :(
