About the room
Looking for a roommate for May 2020. 2 males and one female will be occupying the house come May 1st. One upstairs bedroom available for rent, if you are interested I can send you a short video of the room available. Only students please, my landlord does not accept anybody that is not a student. Looking for clean and responsible individual. There is some furniture that comes with the place, but I recommend you bring your own things.
Rent is 445$/month, includes WIFI & property maintenance (snow removal, lawn service) Extra utilities include: hydro & gas, water (bi-monthly)
Large kitchen with plenty of storage room and two fridges. 2 bathrooms. Washer & Dryer. Back yard with BBQ and small shed.
