About the room
Until June 30, the monthly rent will be $700 if furnished, $650 if not. After that, the rent will be $900 for furnished and $850 if not. You can move out on July 1 or renew rental agreement Currently, my roommates are two male Canadians who work.
Rooms are located in the second floor. You share a bathroom with only one roommate. There is an extra washroom on the first floor so there is no conflict when it comes to using a bathroom. You can freely use the living room on the first floor and watch TV anytime you want.
Comes with double bed, desk, chair, night stand and mirror
10 minute walk to BCIT Right next to 129 bus stop (easy commute to Gilmore station/patterson station). Gilmore station is also walkable (12 min). Also, you can walk to BCIT for 25/130 buses.
I’ve been paying expensive rent just to live near BCIT campus but with COVID, there is no need to go to school so I’m trying to move out and save some money.
