3 rooms available for rent. 1200 each or 3600 for all.

The apartment is unfurnished but can come fully furnished at an additional cost.

It is in close proximity to McGill, Saint Laurent, Provigo, Metro, Parc Jeanne Mance, Mont-Royal, and a walkable distance to a lot of good restaurants.

In terms of transport you can easily access the metro by walking or by taking the bus. We have 4 different buses that go around the area.

The lease will be 12 months from July 2024 to June 2025 with a possibility of extending it.

PS: One can move earlier from either May or June.

There is currently no roommates. So the people renting the apartment will be starting their own traditions and rules, on how they want to live and use the space.
