I have a 3 bedroom two and a half bath brand new townhouse I’m looking to share with a roommate the main floor has the living room kitchen half bath a second living room and a balcony that’s all shared the third floor has the laundry which is shared and the two empty rooms as well as the full bath which would be yours as I’m in the master asking rent plus half of the utilities

I’m a 30 year old construction worker that’s not home often as I’m either at work in the bush or on the ball diamond not looking to make any money having a roommate just looking for someone to pay half and respect myself and overall space
