LEASE TERM: The new roommate will be added to the lease on a month-to-month term. Room available May 1st or 15th (or earlier if necessary)

ABOUT US: One of our roommates is moving to Ottawa, so there is a room available in our 3 bedroom home starting from May 1st or 15th. We are looking preferable for a female to take over her place on the lease. You will be sharing this beautiful apartment with two wonderful girls; one from the UK, and the other one from Romania.

Additional information: We are ideally looking for someone who is a non-smoker, has no pets, is friendly/sociable, clean, and respecting of others’ space and ideas. If this sounds good to you, please message me telling us a bit about yourself.
