On a une chambre meublée en sous location pour du 1er Mai au 30 Juin (reprise de bail possible au 30 juin). Deux chambres sont disponibles au même prix (prix à renégocier si il ya poursuite du bail en juin). Nous sommes situés en plein ❤️du plateau Mont-Royal un quartier incontournable de la ville dynamique et où il y a vraiment de quoi faire !! Bars, restos, boulangeries, pharmacies …

A 10 minutes du métro Laurier et du métro Mont-Royal. Le bus est à 3 mn à pieds direction le mont Royal.

C’est une coloc moyenne d’âge 22-26. Tout le monde à une job en restauration, en travail social et il y a aussi un étudiant ce qui laisse vraiment des temps calmes pour chiller

De temps en temps on fait une bouffe ensemble !

On est assez carré sur l’hygiène et on a un roulement pour les temps de ménage.

Hey there! We have a furnished bedroom to sublet from the 1st of May to the 30th of June (renew of the bail possible). Two bedrooms are available for the same price (which can be negociated if bail renewed in June). We are located in the ❤️ of Plateau Mont Royal, a dynamic and must-see neighborhood (even better if you live in it!) where there’s plenty to do. Bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, … 10 min from Laurier and Mont-Royal metro stations. The bus heading to Mont Royal is 1 minute away. We are 4 to live in the condo, from 22 to 26 years old. We work in restauration, social life or studies. Allows us to chill from one time to another :) we sometimes have diner together! We are really organized about hygiene and have a chores schedule. Features included : TV, WIFI AND HYDRO, bathroom, washing machine and dryer, terrace, balconies and also a ROOFTOP! The apartment is located between Mont Royal and Lorimier avenues.

The rent price is 620$ CAD with everything included. :)
