Hi everyone :) This is 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom unit located at a beautiful and quite area near the distillery district. It is a brand new condo, and we will be the first tenants to live in !

I am living in the master bedroom with my washroom so only two people will be sharing a bathroom.

Your rooms are not furnished.

Living room and kitchen are not yet furnished, but I am planning to furnish them little by little. ( There are full kitchen equipments )

I am looking for two people for 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom. 3rd bedroom is a bit smaller than the 2nd So the rent for 3rd bedroom is $950. ($1050 for the 2nd bedroom).

Both of those rooms have windows with sun lights !:)

Parking is available but with extra rent

Date Availability: June 1, 2020

Term: Month to month There is a last month deposit. 6 months minimum stay is preferred. 60 days notice to leave.

Roommate agreement, will not be added to lease.

Me: I am a full time worker at a restaurant as a server and as a cook.

I am tidy and clean. I like to put stuff where it is supposed to be, and I hope the other(s) can respect that. Don’t worry I am not fastidious.

I don’t do crazy party, but I do like to call one or two friends over for sharing a bottle of wine or two for chill.

LGBTQ friendly

I don’t put loud musics, but I like to put some music on when I take a shower.

I don’t like to cook at home, but if I have to I do easy and simple cooking and I keep it tidy.

I love dogs but I am allergic to cats.
