Nice private Room East Van (Renfrew skytrain Station)
The room is available from april 15th.
Unfurnished room on the top floor in a 2 level house for rent.
Expenses do not include (around 45$/month) including high-speed internet wifi connexion, and BC Hydro. Laundry and dry cleaning on site. The house is very nice and cozy, big wide kitchen and living room.
The area is very quiet and we have at just 1 block a huge and nice park with amazing views of Vancouver (Sunrise Park).
Renfrew and Rupert Skytrain stations are at 7min walk and the bus stop at 5 min where you can get the 9 or 99.

About the roomies
We are 2 guys and 1 girl around 30’s, we are living together in a cool environment, we are CLEAN and chill, we enjoy sunny days at the big terrace, also there is a wide patio where we have our garden and a small GYM! We don’t have pets.
