Downtown - 2 bed, 2 full bath, 900 sq ft. Open kitchen and living room, fully furnished. There is a bed, night stand and small computer desk in your room. In-suite laundry and dishwasher. You get your own bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bike storage (It may be full though, I’m not sure.) If you own a vehicle there is a waitlist for spots. A spot would cost an extra $150 a month on top of the listed rent. There are parkade’s close by that should have monthly rates while you wait. Not ideal but it is what it is.

Walking distance to all the restaurants, pubs, bars, office buildings and the inner harbour. Your bedroom is 11’ x 11’ with a big closet and two large windows.

Telus Pure Fibre 1GB Internet included in rent price. No cable but I’ve got a firestick that acts as the entertainment hub. I’ve got Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify and Sportsnet.

You’ll need to provide proof you can pay the rent, and a couple references. Ie) current employer and last landlord

Easy going guy, quiet and considerate of others and I hope you are as well. I can be social but I also embrace my own space.
