Furnished bedroom in shared basement apartment. Shared with 1 quiet and respectful male student. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. In the bedroom there is a big desk with a monitor (you can use it), a comfortable chair, a drawer under the desk for more space, and a bed with extra storage space underneath. There is also a closet which will be emptied out, so plenty of room for clothes and stuff :). Cold storage space available if needed as well.
