My partner and I will have the huge master bedroom (unfurnished) in our 3 bedroom apartment available for rent for Nov 1st. (Rest of apartment is fully furnished). Apartment building is located in a quiet area just off of Larry Uteck and near several bus routes. Mount Saint Vincent university is about a five minute drive. Sobeys, NSLC, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, Shoppers, Goodlife Fitness and many other stores minutes away. You will have your own bathroom. Apartment has dishwasher as well as washer and dryer in unit. Building also has small gym downstairs. Cost is 650.00 a month which includes heat, hot water, internet and basic starter cable. Power is extra and is approximately 50.00 per person every two months (total bill cost will be divided by three).

We are looking for someone to hang out with, enjoy life, become best friends, and treat each other like family.

1. If you plan on staying in your bedroom at all times with the door closed, then this is not the place for you.
2. If your into heavy partying and bringing a new person over every night, then this is not the place for you.
3. If you believe a floor never needs to be swept or scrubbed, and are unwilling to help clean the common areas, then this is not the place for you.
4. If you cannot pay your rent at least a few days to a week in advance before it is due, then this is not the place for you.

We are two males aged 33 and 43 who enjoy the outdoors. Camping, hiking, and exploring new areas are some of our hobbies. We are not into the party scene, but on occasion love to have a get together with a few friends. When being lazy at home, we spend alot of time cuddling and spoiling our kitty cat Jaspurr. We do not smoke, and do not do drugs.
