About the room
The apartment is a one plus den, located right downtown at Church and Carlton. The room being rented is the den (however the den is as large as my room, just more windows). Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is (am always open to adding new things though). Utilities are included, with the exception of internet (we would split/ you pay to me) and coin automated laundry on the ground floor. There is a very basic gym located on the top floor of this building.
Subway access is a 2 minute walk away, Ryerson University is approximately 5 minute walk away and there are lots of things to do within walking distance, since being downtown.
About the roomies
I am a 29 year old working professional in the finance industry, who is currently working from home due to covid19 but generally work in the west end. I went to university at Ryerson previously for hospitality & tourism, so in my spare time I enjoy a good meal and a drink/ cooking to wind down. I also enjoy fashion, music, movies and football in my spare time. I am pretty low key overall and looking for someone with a similar mindset.
