Big master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom for rent in 4 bedroom townhouse in Cochrane, in the Heartland community. Room comes semi-furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer. Home will be shared with 1 other roommate. I am the owner and will sometimes be at the house as I have a room in the basement which is rarely used and storage in the basement which I access from time to time. We are both in our 30’s and clean, responsible adults. All shared spaces come fully furnished. Full kitchen and laundry. There is a south east facing porch for morning sun and a small backyard.

All utilities and internet are included as well as occasional professional home cleaning service.

I am the owner of the home and I do come by the house from time to time, for laundry or to access things which I store at the home. I have a room in the basement which I very rarely use. I sometimes have a dog at the home, so I hope you are ok with dogs (he’s a shepherd and not there very often at all, maybe once a month). Everyone has their own private bathroom in the house. The other roommate rents one of the bedrooms upstairs. We are both quiet, considerate, clean professionals looking for someone to share the space with.
