This is high ceiling 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom unit located at a beautiful and quite area near the distillery district.

There are great parks and river around the condo (cherry beach in walking distance).

If you are George Brown College student GBC is just 15 mins away by walking.

It is a brand new condo, and we will be the first tenants to live in !

I am living in the master bedroom with my washroom so only two people will be sharing a bathroom.

Your rooms are not furnished.

Living room and kitchen are not yet furnished, but I am planning to furnish them little by little. ( There are full kitchen equipments )

I am looking for two people to live with :) (One for 2nd bedroom and one for 3rd bedroom)

3rd bedroom is a bit smaller than the 2nd So the rent for 3rd bedroom is $900. ($1050 for the 2nd bedroom).

Both of those rooms have nice windows with sun lights !:)

Parking is available but with extra rent

Date Availability: May 20th, 2020

Term: Month to month There is a last month and key ($200) deposit. (So $1250 deposit for 2nd bed, And $1100 deposit for 3rd bed)

6 months minimum stay is preferred. 60 days notice to leave.

Roommate agreement, will not be added to lease.

Me: I am a full time professional worker at a restaurant as a server and as a cook at the moment. I am planning to go back to school hopefully this year or next year the latest.

I am tidy and clean. I like to put stuff where it is supposed to be, and I hope the other(s) can respect that. (Don’t worry I am not fastidious)

I don’t do crazy party, but I do like to call one or two friends over for sharing a bottle of wine or two to chill.

LGBTQ friendly is a must

I don’t put loud musics, but I like to put some music on when I take a shower.

I don’t like to cook at home, but if I have to I do easy and simple cooking and I keep it tidy.

I love dogs but I am allergic to cats.
