currently trying to rent a townhouse in barrhaven! I don’t own the house like I said we will be renting it, seems like a very nice townhome

Me and my boyfriend are looking for someone to be our roommate and help pay the bills, my boyfriend is kinda introverted but he is nice, we have a small friend group and may have friends over sometimes but we’re not loud, we may play some music but if you need it to be quiet just let us know :) my boyfriend usually works later shifts 5:30 to 11:30 or 12, and I am a student. My boyfriend sometimes smokes weed because he has insomnia but we have agreed no smoking in the house, you can vape but nothing else please! Everything else please smoke outside! We are currently talking to the landlord about renting it out, move in date would be June 1st and me and my boyfriend would be signing the lease for a year.
