Room(s) available for June 1st in a beautiful spot in Yaletown, right in downtown Vancouver. Includes various amenities: swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, billiards table, gym.(all currently unavailable but hopefully re-opening for the summer!)

Unfurnished bedroom in a 2-bed, 2-bath for $1450/month+utilities. There is also a decently sized solarium in the unit which can be used as a den/workspace/whatever. It’s currently being used as a third bedroom. I’m open to renting it out for more roommates, which would bring down the rental costs significantly.

I’ll be in the master bedroom. 30 year old bartender. Easy going, social while also enjoying my solitary days. Cook often. In the summer I spend most of my time out of the house enjoying the sunshine at the park or the beach.
