Marc's room

I have a 4 bedroom 3000sq home that I’m looking to share. You get 2 bedrooms to choose from, whatever one you don’t want as your bedroom you can set up the other one any way you like (office, yoga studio etc). You get your own private bathroom which includes a full shower and tub. On the main floor, you get the front living room (very large half the house) to set up your comfort space. The dining room is shared, the kitchen is shared and the main floor bathroom is shared. The backyard is shared with a swimming pool, patio furniture and bbq. You also get one side of the driveway that can hold 2 cars.

Not shared are my upstairs two rooms (bedroom and office), my main floor family room, basement, and garage.

Everything is included - Hydro, gas, water, internet. Even tho these are included I would expect the right applicant to be respectful of use.

I am a 42 year old male that is quiet, clean and keeps to myself. I’m past the party years and not looking for someone to share my house looking for big parties etc. I like a quiet clean house with the odd visitors or bbqs. I look after the property, pool, lawn, snow shoveling etc. I have a 9 month sheltie who is very friendly, high energy right now and is always in training. If you don’t like dogs or are allergic this isn’t for you. She will be curious about you especially at the beginning, but she is very friendly and playful.
