Hey there!

I am seeking a roommate for the room next to me. I am 24 years old, male, and am working while taking online studies.

• shared bathroom(shower no bathtub)
• medium sized bedroom
• laundry
• large kitchen, tons of storage
• pets allowed ( +$100 to damage deposit)
• everything included other than internet
• I have a pet rabbit
• parking on the street and behind the house
• close to transit
• just off of Whyte Ave

What I really want to find is someone who is not just renting a room, but rather someone who wants to be a roommate. Someone who is sociable and wouldn’t be offput hanging out in the common area together at times.

I do not drink or smoke, these things do not bother me, but smoking of any sort is not permitted inside, outside is fine. I am quite agreeable and easy to get along with.
