I am looking for a respectful and mature female roommate. Room (unfurnished) is $675 (including utiliies: heat hydro, water). High speed Internet is provided for personal use only- not for business use. The place is a walkout basement apartment, it has its own laundry and storage, big kitchen and living room, 3pc bathroom, and throughout the house is equip with smoke detector and carbon monoxide, water softener, etc. Close by to all amenities - banks, grocery stores (Food Basics, Longo’s, Zehrs), gym, etc are 5 minutes walk from the house; bus stop (route 5 and 99/16) is just 1 minute walk , while UofG is 6 minutes drive. The room is average size with normal walk in closet. It could fit a queen size bed, a wide chest drawer, a TV stand, small study table, and a side table. Looking for a similar minded person who is responsible to clean after her mess on shared areas, clean, tidy, and respectful.This place is perfect for young professional or a student who loves a nice and quiet place to come home to at the end of the day! Kitchen and bathroom is only shared between you (roommate) and myself to maintain some level of privacy and convenient use of the shared areas. Room is available on June 1, 2020.
