Room is set up as a DAILY rental BUT longer-term stays will be given preference (monthly). Monthly stays get a LOW discounted rate. Stay as long as you need - up to 24 months, no lease, no credit checks. Pay as you go, no commitment, leave anytime.

Guests will share use of the home’s common areas like the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, large family, study room, dining room, and more. Rental is all-inclusive, (everything is included in the rate, including super hi-speed Wi-Fi). Some basic supplies are free to use. Our guests have been staying for many months or more, great setup and great stays.

The home is cozy and spacious, it is kept clean, while situated in a great popular area (Westboro). The home is quiet and very safe also. Bus, shopping, park, bike paths, parkway, etc. are very close nearby. The property is maintained well, (i.e. security, snow removal, lighting, etc.). Rate can be discussed, $695, negotiable. Refundable room deposit required on move-in. Parking spot, this can be discussed, if needed.

House and room are available for viewing by appointment only, first come first served. In return for getting the lowest rate, we are ONLY looking for mature, trusted and responsible persons - females are preferred. Currently, there are 3 guests and us, (we are the house hosts, with our own separate space). A reference may be required. Send a message, to arrange a walk-thru visit at your convenience.
